That's exactly the feeling running through our Bethlehem store at the moment, as we celebrate Catherine and Kay accepting the First Travel Group Top Producer Award on behalf of our whole team, presented at this year's FTG Conference in Adelaide.

A moment worth celebrating

Awards nights have a way of making the everyday feel extraordinary, and this one was no exception. Catherine and Kay travelled to Adelaide to represent YOU Travel & Cruise Bethlehem among consultants from right across the First Travel Group network, an event that brings together some of the most experienced and dedicated travel professionals in the country. They came home with recognition that means the world to us: Top Producer for our store.

It's the kind of accolade that isn't handed out lightly. It reflects a full year of conversations, tailored itineraries, late-night email replies and early-morning phone calls, all in service of getting our clients exactly where they want to go, and making sure every step of the journey feels effortless.

What the award really recognises

We love what we do, and most days that's more than enough. But there's something wonderful about having that passion noticed by our peers, too. This award is real recognition of the expertise, care and sheer hard work our team brings to every enquiry, every tailored itinerary and every client relationship we're lucky enough to be part of.

It's a reminder of why we do this work in the first place: not just to book a holiday, but to design an experience someone will talk about for years, backed by the kind of portfolio of connections and CLIA-accredited expertise that only comes from doing this for a long time. When our own industry stops to recognise that, it means we're getting the fundamentals right.
